Description of Services Torrent Cleaning Company provides residential cleaning services to homes, including houses and apartments, in the Long Island & 5 Boroughs, New York area. Our services are designed to provide you with a clean and sanitized living space. Service Booking and Payment 3.1. Booking: You can book our cleaning services through our website or by contacting us directly. When booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your residence and cleaning requirements. 3.2. Payment: Payment for our services is due at the start of your cleaning. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic bank transfers. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. 3.3. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds: If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in our 'Cancellation Policy'. By booking with us, you accept that we do not provide full refunds but rather offer the following three options: a) Booking Credit: If you cancel with sufficient notice, we can provide you with a booking credit that can be used for future cleaning appointments. b) Cleaner Goes Back: In most cases, we would be happy to go back and make things right. c) Partial Refund: Under certain circumstances, we may offer a partial refund. Please note that our refund options are subject to the specific terms and conditions set forth in the respective policies. We strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction and will work with you to find the most suitable solution in any given situation. Customer Responsibilities 4.1. Access and Safety: It is your responsibility to provide our cleaners with safe and unrestricted access to your home on the scheduled cleaning date. Please ensure that our cleaners can perform their duties without risk to their safety. 4.2. Valuables and Pets: We recommend that you secure any valuable items before our cleaners arrive. If you have pets, please ensure they are safely secured or kept away from the cleaning area during the service. 4.3. Cleaning Supplies: Our cleaners will bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific cleaning products or equipment preferences, please inform us in advance. Limitations of Liability 5.1. Property Damage: While we take utmost care during our cleaning services and although we have business liability insurance, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your property or belongings resulting from our services. 5.2. Personal Injury: Torrent Cleaning Company and its staff shall not be liable for any personal injury sustained during the provision of our services at your premises. Intellectual Property All content, materials, and trademarks on our website are the property of Torrent Cleaning Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our copyrighted materials without our express written consent. Modifications to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.
