Refund and Cancellation Policy

You must contact us within 24 hours to cancel your appointment; if you do not, then we will charge a $100 cancellation fee for our time and the cleaner's time. We also stand by our satisfaction guarantee based off our checklist, however if you are requesting a refund for services not included, then we will not honor it nor should we, furthermore if there is a dispute, we must know about it within a weeks time or we cannot take responsibility for whatever the grievance is due to time passing by and the root cause now being unclear.

 

Promotional discounts on first-time or introductory cleanings are contingent on completing the required recurring cleaning schedule. If the recurring commitment is not fulfilled at any point, the discount will be voided and the original cleaning will be billed at the full standard rate, regardless of the time elapsed since the initial service.

 

If there’s a dispute, we must be notified and corrective action scheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, we cannot reclean or accept responsibility due to time lapse and unclear root cause.
